Our work focuses on representation before the Immigration Court (EOIR) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We specialize in working with young people, mixed-status families, asylees, folks with arrest histories, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

We handle Board of Immigration Appeals for individuals and attorneys. We appeal Immigration Court denials and some USCIS denials. We help you understand if you can appeal and get another chance at your case.

Law enforcement often unfairly targets the immigrant community. If you or a loved one have an arrest history, we are here to speak with you privately and confidentially to answer your questions. Assistance in collecting records. Explanation of risks and consequences.

If you’re afraid to go back to your country of origin because of something that happened to you, or something that you fear will happen to you because of who you are, consult with us to learn if you can apply for asylum. Winning asylum is protection against deportation, and ensures your right to work in the U.S.

Young people who are under 21 and not married may qualify for SIJS if they were abused, abandoned or neglected by one or both parents. After winning SIJS, a young person may qualify for a green card/permanent residency.
